Gvantsa Barabadze - Personal and organizational development professional, the certified coach, has an experience in international project management in Georgia and Ethiopia. Works with both individuals and organizations to help them achieve their personal and organizational goals. Currently, Gvantsa is the Head of Organizational Development for the IDC International Center for Positive Psychotherapy and the head of organizational development at the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) office in Georgia.
