Georgian National University SEU Student Club "SEU Creative Group" announces "Essay Competition for Students"

"Democracy - the road to the chaos".

Terms of competition:

• The competition is open to all SEU Undergraduate and Master students which will present their work to "SEU Creative Group" from May 3 to May 24.
• The essays will be considered within 10 days after the Deadline, after which the specially selected jury will reveal the best participant and award the prizes.
   

The criteria of the work: 

• The text should be presented in the Word document in Georgian
• Font: Sylfaen
• Font Size: 12
• Interval: 1,15
• Essay volume: 200 to 500 words
  
  

At the end of the text, the applicant should indicate their  name and surname, telephone number, course and speciality should be indicated

The contest participant can only present one work.

Essays should be sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected] 

In the subject title (subject) please specify "Essay Competition for Students" 

In the case of plagiarism, the work will be withdrawn from the contest.

The essays will be evaluated by a commission consisting of  SEU professors.

Evaluation criteria: 

• Compliance with the topic and in-depth understanding of the issue
• Logical reasoning
• Analysis and argumentation
• Structure of the work (introduction, main part, final part)
• Writing culture
• The innovative/creative approach to the work.
