On December 23, the workshop has been held for management program professors of the Georgian National University led by Dr Severin Hornung, professor of University of Innsbruck.
The purpose of the workshop was to discuss, along with the lecturers of the management block learning courses, current developments in the management research field, analysis the concept of evidence-based management and identifying the ways to integrate the results of management research into the learning process.
Dr Severin Hornung is a lecturer and senior research fellow at the University of Innsbruck. He received his PhD degree at the Technical University of Munich. He held academic positions at various universities in Germany, in the UK, in Hong Kong and the United States. His research areas are employee-focused work practices, human resource management, and organizational behaviour.
