Internship in the Call-Center

Georgian National University SEU is announcing a paid internship of a call center operator for SEU students and graduates.

Only students and graduates of the Georgian National University SEU have the opportunity to apply for an intern position.

Location: Tbilisi, Tsinandali St. # 9

Duration: 3 months - Candidates who successfully complete the internship will be employed in the relevant position.

Working hours: Incomplete work schedule

Number of vacant position: 2

Salary: 300 GEL

Job Description: 

• Answering incoming phone calls (giving advise to students and interested parties and refer them to the appropriate service if necessary).
• Make outgoing calls and provide information to students, academic staff and other stakeholders.
• Daily monitoring of the information field in the learning database and responding to incoming messages.
• Identifying problematic issues and provide timely information to the relevant service.
• Replying to incoming messages on the social network

General requirements:

• Good oral and written communication skills in Georgian
• Good oral and written communication skills in English

(Knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage) 

• Knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, E_ mail, internet)
• Good speaking skills
