Constitutional control and judicial procedures

On December 4, within the framework of the "University week of human rights law", the research presentation was held at the Georgian National University SEU regarding the following topic- " Constitutional control and judicial procedures".
The project participants were welcomed by the chairman of the constitutional court of Georgia- Professor Merab Turava; and the chief of party, promoting the rule of law in Georgia (USAID/PROLoG) - Giorgi Chkheidze. The purpose of this study is to create a scholarly paper that aims to provide all interested persons with systematic knowledge on key issues of constitutional control and judicial procedure.

Editor - Ana Pirtskhalaishvili (Dr. Jur.) - Vice-Rector for Scientific Research, Georgian National University SEU and authors of the paper - Besik Loladze - professor of SEU and Zurab Macharadze - professor of SEU presented research topics. The opinions of colleagues, specialists in the field, and students were heard on the content of the paper in order to exhaust all the issues that are important and relevant in this field.

The project is implemented by the Georgian national university SEU and the constitutional court of Georgia with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and promoting Rule of Law in Georgia (PROLoG) Activity.
