The British Council in Georgia is recruiting Corporate Senior Officer to work in our Customer Excellence team to deliver high-quality service to both our internal and external customers. Type of an agreement: Service contract
Duration of the agreement: 1 year with a possibility of extension
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week including 2.5 hours of lunch breaks
Working in shifts: 5 days a week, 7.5 hours per day including 30 minute lunch breaks
Area of work: Front office and call centre
Salary: 1225 GEL gross
Start date: January 2020
Candidates must have fluent English and Georgian.
Shortlisting will be done against required skills, experience and qualifications listed in the Role Profile. Successful candidates will be invited for an English Language Proficiency and Analytical Skills Test.
