Vacancy Description: Are you a customer-focused person? Do you feel inspired by providing high-quality customer service? The British Council in Georgia is recruiting an Officer to work with our Customer Excellence team to deliver a high-quality service to both our internal and external customers.
Type of an agreement: Service contract
Duration of the agreement: 12 months with a possibility of extension
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week including 2.5 hours of lunch breaks
Working in shifts: 5 days a week, 7.5 hours per day including 30-minute lunch breaks
Salary: 840 GEL gross
Start date: March 2020
Candidates must have both fluent English and Georgian.
You must be either studying for a University degree or hold one.
Shortlisting will be done against required skills, experience and qualifications listed in the Role Profile.
Successful candidates will be invited for an English Language Proficiency and Analytical Skills Test.
