SEU - Georgian National University

Georgian National University SEU will be hosting Rocco Palumbo, professor at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and an invited professor at SEU, delivering his series of lectures on “Leadership and Organizational Management” in December 3, 10, 17.

Timeline:

• 3 December, 3:00 pm. – Leadership and Power: Contextualizing the Topic;
• 10 December,  3:00 pm. – Styles of Leadership and Ways of Managing Organizational Power;
• 17 December, 3:00 pm. – Managing Conflicts to Promote Organizational Change.
  
  

Rocco Palumbo is a PhD holder in Economics and Public Sector Management and a MA degree holder in Social Entrepreneurship and Public Sector Management. He is an assistant professor and a senior researcher in organizational behaviour and theory at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” (Italy). He is also the author of numerous scientific studies on organizations, their structure, organizational communication and human resource management.

Rocco Palumbo has participated in various international and local conferences and academic training. He holds scientific awards and has editorial experience in scientific journals.

As an invited lecturer, he will be delivering lectures on organizational behaviour at Georgian National University SEU.
