On July 7, the so-called Summer School Days concluded the international project of Movetia, supported by the Swiss National Foundation for Mobility in Education and participated by Georgian National University SEU since October 2020 together with three partner universities from Switzerland, Ukraine and Albania.
MA students of Georgian National University SEU: Mariam Esiashvili, Natia Arjevanidze, Ani Tsirekidze, Mariam Zaridze and Giorgi Khajomia, delivered presentations at the final meeting, through which, the students from different countries were introduced to the social challenges in Georgia and issues related to social work practice.
Lecturers from universities of four countries participating in the project were involved in the implementation of the joint educational program “Human Rights, Social Challenges and Social Work” developed at the first stage of the project. From the Georgian side, the lecture course was led by the invited lecturers of Georgian National University SEU: Makhare Merebashvili and Natia Gugunashvili.
The project was supervised by Ana Pirtskhalashvili, Vice-Rector for Scientific Research.
