On November 16, SEU hosted the first public lecture from the series of lectures on 'the Issues of Tourism and Environment Development.
Speaker was Eduardas Spiriajevas - Assoc. Prof. dr. Eduardas Spiriajevas specializes in teaching geography of tourism, regional studies, methodologies of research methods, spatial planning of tourism. His professional background of working in tourism education spans over 20 years, in particular at Klaipeda University (Lithuania), and as guest lecturer at the University of Latvia in Riga. The key scope of his work is related to tourism education, preparation and implementation of tourism development projects, tourism planning processes, creation of thematic tourism routes. After completion of the lecture cycle, participants will receive a certificate.
The next lecture will be held on December 14 and January 18.
