SEU received support from the German society for international cooperation (GIZ)

04 December, 2020

SEU expresses its gratitude to the German society for international cooperation (GIZ) and its program "Migration and Diaspora" for the support, which encourages returning young people to their homeland and supports their employment in the relevant field.

Georgian National University SEU and Natia Gugunashvili gained support exactly from this program.

It has been a few months since Natia Gugunashvili has joined the Georgian National University SEU team as a project manager in the field of scientific research.

The program aims to support young Georgians, who have received higher education in Germany and have returned to their home country. It enables them to share the acquired knowledge and experience with the Georgian society so that they can provide a better contribution to the development of their own country.

Natia received a bachelors' degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cologne in 2016. Later in 2019, she received her Master’s degree in National and International Administration and Policy from the University of Potsdam.

In addition, Natia has gained some interesting research experience at the University of Potsdam, Germany that she shares now with the SEU team.
