Ph.D Staretegic Managment. Izabela Racka is an Assistant Professor in the Calisia University - Kalisz, Poland. She is the Deputy Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences, responsible for Organization, Development and External Environment Cooperation.
Also, Izabela Racka is a lecturer of Erasmus+ Program in Poland, Italy, Bulgaria and Moldova. She as an invited lecturer in the Strategic Managment fields.
