Aldagi Insurance Company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Junior Sales Reporting Specialist in the Retail Sales Department.
Work location: st. Tbilisi, Davit Agmashenebeli Alley # 66a (head office)
Working hours: 10: 00-18: 00 (Monday-Friday)
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of the sales reports for the Retail Department;
- Provide administrative support for ongoing retail department projects, including the agro-insurance project and the MSME division;
- Preparation of various types of reports required for the department;
- Find and update any customer information in the program;
- Perform individual tasks of the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the following areas: Business Administration and / or Finance;
- Knowledge / experience of basic functions of Excel formulas (sum, sumif, countif, vlookup) is required (candidates will be tested accordingly).
Personal skills:
- Neat and attentive to details;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Organizational skills;
- Analytical thinking.
