Georgian National University SEU is announcing an opening for the position of translator.

Place of work: Tbilisi

Working schedule: Full

Main responsibilities:

  • Translation of information from English to Georgian and from Georgian to English (for website, social media channels, print media);
  • Translation of internal communication documents;
  • Translation of events, meetings, public lectures held in the organization.

Qualification requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor
  • Education field: Foreign languages
  • Working experience: 1 year, preferably experience in simultaneous translation
  • Good knowledge of computer programs: MS office
  • At least one year of experience in written and verbal translation

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Promptness and attention to detail;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment;
  • Punctuality;
  • Sociability;
  • Ability to work in a team;
