Georgian National University SEU is announcing a vacancy for the position of International Student Services Specialist

Location: 9 Tsinandali St., Tbilisi

Duration: full-time

Responsibilities:

• Registration of international students in the E-learning system (emis.seu.edu.ge), including filing student data and ensuring the conclusion of an agreement between the student and the university;
• Arranging students' personal files (improving the necessary documents);
• Providing information related to the academic process to interested students;
• Registration of applications of international students wishing to transfer to the University by external mobility and receipt of attached documents, assessing the student compatibility with the study programs, putting data into the E-learning system (www.emis.seu.edu.ge), ensuring the conclusion of an agreement between the university and the student, providing the desired information;
• Providing information to students about program compatibility and the amount of credits to be recognized;
• Advising students within competence, supporting students in planning the educational process and participating in the procedure of developing an individual curriculum for them;

Qualification requirements:

• Education – Bachelor’s degree
• Work experience - 1 year (preferably work experience in a higher education institution);
• Computer programs - MS Office;
• Languages ​​- English at B2 level;
