Anna Phirtskhalashvili, the SEU Vice-Rector for Research, is the winner of the ‘’Support to Georgia’s Researchers’ Mobility’’ Programme funded by the EU and implemented by the DAAD.
The Programme aims at facilitating the internationalization of the sector of science, technologies, and innovations in Georgia and supporting Georgian researchers in establishing international contacts.
Anna Phirtskhalashvili will be personally working with the Social Science Center, WZB Berlin, and the research team of Humboldt University Berlin Prof. Mattias Kumm on the research ‘’Migration and the Paradigm of Global Constitutionalism’’.
