A Bachelor graduate of Management program of Georgian National University SEU is:
- Aware of contemporary business concepts, peculiarities and challenges;
- Evaluates economic events and processes, and connects them with business;
- Selects appropriate forms of communication for the organization with both internal and external factors;
- Applies the resource management methods and instruments of the organization;
- Possesses appropriate personal and teambuilding behavioural patterns, incorporating them into decision-making;
- Undertakes a project and argues for its rationale through quantitative and qualitative research skills to communicate its final results;
- Distinguishes different business forms and argues for their suitable planning, realization and evaluation processes;
- Applies modern technologies while undergoing managerial functions;
- Develops five managerial components of reflexive, analytical, global, cooperative and action-centred ways of thinking;
- Fulfils planning, organization, supervision and control either over individual endeavour or teamwork, and accommodates the principles of ethical and social responsibilities in the process of assignment.
