Let me extend a warm greeting on behalf of the Faculty of Law of Georgian national university (SEU), which was founded in 2015 and has already coached a number of successful graduates employed in both the private and public sectors.

The legal profession is constantly at the forefront of in-demand specialities. The rate of choice of entrants to the faculty is increasing every year. According to the results of the 2023 National Examinations, the Faculty of Law of SEU has received the highest number of students enrolled after TSU. Currently, more than 1,300 students study the legal profession at the Faculty of Law.

The Faculty of Law offers undergraduate and graduate programs in law. The learning process, along with the academic staff, involves lawyers with extensive practical experience working in the judicial, investigative, prosecutorial and legal structures, as well as specialists in the field.

The Faculty of Law is focused on equipping the undergraduate and graduate students with theoretical knowledge, critical thinking, and the ability to effectively solve legal issues, to provide training for competitive lawyers, to meet the demands of the modern labor market.

The Faculty of Law provides students with modern study items and material resources. The faculty is equipped with a mock courtroom and a legal clinic. Students have the opportunity to attend public lectures, participate in scientific conferences, seminars, mock trials, debates and discussions, masterclasses, and trainings in various fields.

Within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding, the Faculty actively cooperates with the Constitutional Court of Georgia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, the Ministry of Defense of Georgia, the Georgian Bar Association, the Legal Aid Service, etc., where students undergo professional fieldwork and master practical skills.
