The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania is pleased to announce scholarships for non-EU country citizens during the academic year of 2021-2022. The scholarship includes both tuition and accommodation fees, and a monthly stipend.
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants are kindly advised to apply for their selected university in Romania and get enrolled on either Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programs with the exception of Medical, Dentistry and Pharmacology directions.
Though BA and MA levels are delivered only in the Romanian language, students will have a chance of learning Romanian on site for a year.
Phd level is conducted both in Romanian and English.
The Romanian side must be provided with applications by students through the Romanian embassy to Georgia no later than May 5th, 2021.
