SEU - Georgian National University

SEU will host a presentation of the book titled ‘Constitutional Adjudication'. The book was published by Georgian National University SEU with the support of the Constitutional Court of Georgia and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) within the framework of the state grant of LEPL Shota Rustaveli National Scientific Foundation of Georgia.

The book is intended for law students, professors working in the field, scientists, practicing lawyers and others interested in Constitutional Adjudication. The book aims to systematically illustrate the main issues of Constitutional Adjudication.

7:00 p.m.: Opening of the event and welcome speeches.

• Merab Turava, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Georgia;
• Giorgi Chkheidze, Project Manager of Promoting Rule of Law in Georgia (PROLoG);
• Jaba Samushia, Director-General of LEPL Shota Rustaveli National Scientific Foundation of Georgia.
