OVERVIEW

The Training Center of Georgian National University SEU starts admission to the Certificate Course in Project Management (PMP)!

The Course is designed for middle and top managers. project managers employed both in private and public sectors, as well as for other project participants, who wish to improve their theoretical knowledge and be able to put it in practice.

The Project Management Course will be run in online mode.

The aim of the course is to improve participants’ theoretical knowledge and develop their practical skills. The theoretical part is based on the widely accepted PMI methodology, while the practical part is built on the patterns of Georgian and international projects.

The following person(s) will be working with you during the course:


Lela Machaidze, Independent Trainer, Mentor and Coach, Founder and President of the Project Management Institute in Georgia. Ms. Lela is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM). She also holds a master’s degree in Project Management from George Washington University and is a graduate from Erickson Coaching International.

For 18 years, Ms. Lela has led dozens of projects in various sectors, participating in the management of initiatives worth more than $320 million across the country. She specializes in product development, innovative initiatives and capital projects.

For more than 2,500 public, private and civil society managers, Ms. Lela has delivered more than 1,000 trainings in project operations, project monitoring and control, risk management and change management in Georgian and English languages.


Course Duration: The course will start on March 29 and last until April 22.

The course will include 8 meetings.

Following the completion of the Course, the participants will be aware of the key issues that will help them solve project difficulties and implement a successful project.

Upon completion of the Course in Project Management (PMP), a certificate will be issued!


Course Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 19:00-21:00.

Course fee: 1580 GEL.
