Lela Machaidze 
Independent Trainer, Mentor and Coach, Founder and President of the Project Management Institute in Georgia. Ms. Lela is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM). She also holds a master’s degree in Project Management from George Washington University and is a graduate from Erickson Coaching International.
For 18 years, Ms. Lela has led dozens of projects in various sectors, participating in the management of initiatives worth more than $320 million across the country. She specializes in product development, innovative initiatives and capital projects.
For more than 2,500 public, private and civil society managers, Ms. Lela has delivered more than 1,000 trainings in project operations, project monitoring and control, risk management and change management in Georgian and English languages.
