register on the conference

Registrations are open for international student conference - ”SEU ISC W-2024”.

Bachelor’s and Master’s students of all authorized universities may participate in the international student conference ”SEU ISC W-2024” in the following fields:

• Business, tourism, economics, management;

• Law;

• International relations;

• Psychology;

• Journalism;

• Medicine.
  
  

Prerequisites for participation in the conference:

• Students must register on the given link no later than on January 17, 2024.
  
  

Rules for writing an Abstract: 

• Abstract size 100-300 words.
• Abstract must be written in two languages: Georgian and English. 
• Keywords must be written in Georgian and English languages;
  
  

It is necessary to present papers at the conference in the form of a PowerPoint presentation. Papers may be presented in Georgian or English language. Both – individual papers and papers written by co-authors will be admitted (no more than 2 co-authors. Exception may be made in the case of an interdisciplinary paper).

• Participants or co-authors may make only one report; 

• In the case of co-authorship, indicate the names and surnames of both authors upon registering; 

• Indicate the paper title; 

• Student paper (except for doctoral students) must have an academic supervisor, who is an academic staff member of the university;

• The papers must correspond with the Academic Honesty Standards of Georgian National University SEU; 

• The Abstracts of the papers will be published in the Collection of Conference Report Abstracts of Georgian National University SEU; 

• Working languages of the conference: Georgian and/or English.
  
  

Deadline for registration for the Conference:

• Deadline for registration (submission of abstract) on the link – no later than January 17, 2024;

• You will receive confirmation on participation in the Conference in the case of undergoing full registration (including submission of abstract), no later than on January 23, 2024.

Free participation and attendance;

All participants of the Conference will be awarded with certificates and the paper abstracts will be published in the Collection of Conference Report Abstracts.

Participation in the Conference is one of the prerequisites for obtaining the SEU scholarship.
