On January 16, presentation of the book – ‘’Fundamental Rights A Commentary’’ will be held at Georgian National University SEU.
The work represents a commentary on each fundamental human right guaranteed by the second chapter of the Constitution of Georgia.
The contents of the book are arranged considering the complex nature of human rights and discuss its constitutional and legal aspects in the broad context of both – judicial practice and the current scholarly discussion.
More than 400 scientific literature and up to 2000 international and national caselaw are used in the book.
The book was prepared and issued with the support of Georgian National University SEU and the USAID Rule of Law Program, which is implemented by the East-West Management Institute (EWMI) and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
