On April 3, at 13:00, public lecture on the topic: ‘’Steps of Career Development and Latest Tendencies in the Field of Employment’’ will be held at SEU, which will be organized by the Career Development and Alumni Relations Office.

The public lecture will be read by the head of the HR Department of „Advanced Audit and Consulting Company - AACC” Miranda Gabunia, who has 10 years of experience in the field of HR and organizational development.

The following issues will be discussed during the session:

• What does the employer pay attention to upon recruiting a candidate;
• What does an effective resume look like, what should we take into account;
• How does the employer assess a candidate at the interview;
• Effective body language during the interview, which considerably increases the potential of successful interview;
• What should we consider while communicating with an employer and at the first stage of employment;
• Labor law norms for newly employed persons, what should we know from the Labor Code, what is our right, as of an employed person.

The session will be conducted in the interactive regime, the participants will be given the opportunity to give questions that interest them and discuss various decisions. After the completion of the public lecture, certificates will be issued.
