To participate in the competition, the contestant must meet the (academic/professional) requirements for the relevant competition-specified vacancy, complying with the following criteria:

Competition deadlines:

• Date of announcing the competition: September 30, 2022
• Acceptance of documents submitted by the applicants for the academic positions: October 31-November 14, 2022
• The first stage of the competition - selection of documents: November 15-16, 2022
• The third stage of the competition - an interview with the competition commission: November 17-21, 2022 (the exact date and time of the interview will be notified to the candidate after successfully passing the first stage of the competition)
• Publication of the competition results: November 22, 2022
• Acceptance of the appeal applications: November 24, 2022
• Review of appeal applications: November 25, 2022
