Tegeta Motors is the largest automobile company in the Caucasus and in the Central Asia. We have been caring for the development of the field for 27 years and we are offering the full spectrum of the automobile ecosystem to our clients. The program includes:

The project ‘’Start Your Career at Tegeta’’, together with the ‘’Tegeta Academy’’, offers a unique chance of employment for job seekers. Within the framework of the project, you will acquire new profession free of charge and you will have the chance of getting employed at the leader company of the automobile industry in Georgia on such positions as, for example, sales consultant, sector manager, service accounting operator etc.

Description of the study process:

According to the test and interview results, the selected candidates will undergo an intensive study course lasting for 1 or 2 months on a full-time or part-time basis, during the course they will acquire basic knowledge of the structure of an automobile, they will study the products and internal programs of the company ‘’Tegeta Motors’’.

The studies will be fully funded by the company, after the completion of the academy the students having the best results will receive a scholarship (in the amount of 1500, 1000, 800 Gel, those taking non-prize-winning places – in the amount of 500 Gel). After the completion of the studies, they will start a paid internship in the company and afterwards we offer them an employment and a perspective of career development.

In the initial stage, they will be employed on the vacancies existing in the frontline, in order to better familiarize themselves with the specifics of the company: cashier operator, sales consultant, personal manager, call-center operator, meeter, service registration operator, service accounting operator, sector manager etc. The studies will be conducted both on full-time and part-time basis, the team will be composed according to the number of students.

The study course will be conducted in Tbilisi and will be fully funded by Tegeta.
