TBC Bank announces a vacancy on the position of Service Object Monitoring Manager.

Location: head office

Work schedule: full-time

Duties:

• Monitoring of service objects across Tbilisi and regions (branches, paybox, ATM, POS, call-centre;
• Timely fulfilment of tasks received from direct supervisor;
• Processing and analysis of the results of the monitoring;
• Communication with the evaluated object and sharing of results;
• You will be instructed to go on a business trip to branches of the bank
