We inform you that a competition is announced at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia on the position of a lawyer at the Department of State Representation in Arbitrations and Foreign Courts.

Work location: Tbilisi

Work type: full-time

Salary: 1936 GEL

Duties:

• Participation in the coordination of state representation in terms of two ongoing investment disputes and in relation to the mentioned matters:
• Research and analysis of the issues determined by the law of Georgia;
• Coordination with various agencies, searching for documentation and preparation of the obtained materials in order to use them as evidence in the arbitration process;
• Communication with witnesses and experts.
• Participation in the enforcement procedures of the arbitral awards rendered in favour of the Georgian party in different jurisdictions;
• Fulfilment of different ongoing tasks in terms of the arbitration disputes existing under the proceedings of the Department.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 1-year experience of working as a lawyer in the field of private law;
• Specialized knowledge of international commercial or investment arbitration;
• Result-oriented;
