In this role, you will provide customer support and respond promptly to all queries via phone, chat and email. You will assist customers with reservations, invoice questions, cancellations, ticketing, or other concerns. You respond and resolve inquiries with active listening, and are identifying additional needs and support by suggesting upgrades in products and services. You open and maintain customer accounts and information.

You enjoy providing good service and a good customer experience and you love to work towards established targets. You have a lot of energy and enjoy dynamic environments.

When you start with us, you will first get paid training in which you will steadily be prepared for joining our team and in helping customers.

Requirements:

  • Who you are, is more important than your work experience,
  • B2/C1 proficiency in German language in writing and speaking
  • IT skills: basic use of MS Office suite, speed and accuracy in typing
  • developed communication and interaction skills
  • effective written and verbal communication
  • independence, motivation, organization and openness.
