Salary: 300 GEL

Main duties:

• Participation in the process of organization of events planned by the department;
• Registration of data on the electronic portal of the university (reg.ini.ge).
• Participation in the process of organization of trainings, consultation and information meetings on important issues related to authorisation and accreditation held for the academic/invited and administrative personnel and in the process of preparation of minutes;
• Participation in the self-evaluation process of educational programs;
• Participation in the self-evaluation process of educational courses;
• Participation in the self-evaluation process of learning practice;
• Provision of information to the personnel on the events planned by the department;
• Performing of tasks given by direct supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

• Education – Bachelor’s academic degree is preferable;
• Field of education – education administration; business administration or related fields;
• Computer programs – MS Office;
• Languages – English – B2;
