SMEDA (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Association) announces internship for the position of the specialist of relations with association members.

SMEDA is the first digital association in Georgia (https://www.sme.org.ge/)

SMEDA is a membership-based, independent non-commercial organization, which aims at providing support for the growth and development of small and medium enterprises.

Main duties:

• Participation in the elaboration of the strategy for relations with the members of the Association together with responsible persons;
• Conducting of active communication with the existing and potential members of the Association;
• Identification of demands of the existing and potential members of the Association and development and implementation of the action plan that meets their needs;
• Receiving feedback from the members of the Association, their analysis, identification of the problems on the basis of received information and working on their solution;
• Participation in the organization of events, upon necessity;
• Conducting of reporting.

Qualification requirements:

• Student or graduate of Business Administration or related profession;
• It is preferable to have experience in sales.
• Probation period: 3 months
• Type of work: full-time
• Working days: Monday-Friday
• Working hours: 10:00-19:00
• Salary will be discussed individually.
