Georgian National University SEU announces a vacancy for the position of Call Center Operator

Workplace: Tbilisi, Tsinandali Str. N9

Work schedule: full-time

Main duties:

  • Answering of incoming calls (providing consultation to students and interested persons and if necessary, redirecting them to the relevant Office;
  • Making of outgoing calls and provision of information to students, academic personnel and other interested persons;
  • Revealing of problematic issues and timely provision of information to the relevant Office;
  • Answering of the incoming messages of the social networks of the University;
  • Fulfilment of other tasks given by the direct supervisor.

 

Qualification requirements:

  • Education -  Bachelor’s/equivalent academic degree;
  • Field of education – education management, business administration or related fields;
  • Work experience – 1 year (experience of working at university is preferable);
  • Computer programs - MS Office; 
  • Languages - English - B2;

  • Skill of fluent verbal communication;
  • Skill of conflict management;
  • Skill of orientation on details;
  • Skill of effective time management;
  • Skill of collection of information;
  • Skill of information/data analysis;
  • Skill of working in a busy environment.
