Georgian National University SEU is announcing a vacancy for the position of a Coordinator at the Faculty of Medicine.

Location: #9 Tsinandali St., Tbilisi

Work schedule: Full-time employment

Basic duties:

• Timely communication with students and academic/visiting staff to ensure the smooth running of the learning process
• Administering student-related information in internal electronic databases
• Monitoring the educational process
• Advising students of the medical program on the issues related to the educational process
• Performing other tasks assigned by the management within the scope of competence
  
  

Qualification requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s academic degree
• Computer programs: (MS Office, Google platforms, ZOOM)
• Languages: English language (at least B2 level)
• It is desirable to have experience working in the university administration (direction of medicine)
• Experience working with international students is asset

• Ability to focus on details
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Ability to effectively manage time
• Written and oral communication skills in Georgian and English languages
