Mobility to SEU

The registration of the mobility applicants to Georgian National University SEU for the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year will be in progress on the electronic portal https://students.emis.ge from August 22 to September 7, 2022, 6:00 p.m.

Mobility results will be available at the following portal: https://students.emis.ge

The registration of the mobility applicants to SEU will be launched from September 13 to

September 20, 2022 (except weekends) 10:00-8:00, based on the positive results published on the electronic portal.

The list of documents to be submitted to SEU:

Before enrollment:

• Application to the rector (to be filled out on the spot);
• Passport or copy of ID;
• Photocopy of high school document/certificate, and in the case of M.A. students, copy of bachelor’s or equivalent academic degree document/diploma;
• Certified copy of the student’s transcript;
• Certified copies of the student’s initial enrollment and other status determination orders.

After enrollment:

• Original or notarized copy of high school certificate, and in the case of M.A. students, original or notarized copy of bachelor’s or equivalent academic degree document/diploma;
• Student’s transcript;
• Photo 3X4 (electronic version on CD);
• Copy of the military registration certificate (for male Georgian citizens only);
• Order on student status termination.
