Mobility at SEU

Georgian National University SEU mobility deadlines of 2020-2021 academic year for the spring semester.

Registration on the electronic portal for persons wishing mobility in SEU https://students.emis.ge  will take place from July 31, 2020 - August 19, 2020 until 18:00.

The person wishing mobility, after registering on the electronic portal, must pay the mobility fee (40 GEL) to JSC Bank of Georgia.

Mobility results can be viewed on the portal https://students.emis.ge

Based on the positive results published on the e-portal, the registration of those wishing to enrol in SEU through mobility will be notified of the deadlines additionally.

List of documentation to be submitted to the SEU before enrollment:

• Application on behalf of the Rector (student fills in on the spot);
• Passport or copy of ID card;
• Copy of secondary education documents/certificate;
• Extract from the student study card, certified with a stamp;
• Certified copies of student’s enrollment and other status determination orders.

After enrollment: 

• Original or notarized copy of a secondary education certificate;
• Student study card;
• Photo 3X4 (CD);
• Copy of pre-conscription military registration certificate (For the sons with Georgian citizenship)
