Freshman Registration

The registration of the freshmen of the 2020-2021 academic year of the Georgian National University SEU will be carried out in two stages:

In the first stage, the freshman must pass the electronic registration at abi.seu.edu.ge  (without coming to the SEU), which will start at 12:00 on September 7 and end at 18:00 on September 12.

Before starting the electronic registration, you must pay the initial payment of the tuition fee according to the following principle:

• Holder of 100% state learning grant - 0 GEL
• At least 299 GEL for all other students
• And for the students of single-step English language program in medicine - 499 GEL

Tuition fees can be paid at the Bank of Georgia or any fast payment device.

The second stage includes coming to the university from September 10 to September 25 (except Sunday), at a pre-determined time (address: Tbilisi, 9 Tsinandali St.; metro - 300 Aragveli) and signing a contract.

Freshmen, when they come to SEU, should have:

• ID card or passport;
• Secondary education certificate (original of the certificate) or a notarized copy;
• Photo 3x4 (CD);
• Military registration certificate (for boys);
• Certificate of owning a medal in case of having gold/silver medals;
• Students living in Saingilo should present a notarized copy of passport and certificate translated into Georgian;
• IDP card (copy) in case of IDP status;
• In the case of a juvenile freshman, a student's birth certificate and parent’s ID, or a guardian’s ID and notarized power of attorney;
• You will receive the on-site registration date (number and hour) in the form of a short text message (SMS).

When announcing to the university, it is a necessary condition for the student to appear at the specified time, to have a mask and to go through the prescribed procedures for safety in order to enter the building (passing the disinfection barrier, measuring the temperature, disinfecting the hands). Otherwise, the student will not be allowed to register.

Freshmen who fail to register within the specified period must apply to the University no later than September 28th.

The study will start on September 28!
