SEU - Georgian National University

From December 1^st to December 6^th Georgian National University SEU will host the online week – ,,Meet the Profession”, organized by SEU’s Bachelor’s Program in Management. The aim of the Week is to increase students’ awareness about the specifics of working as a manager in various functional areas that will help them to better plan their future career.

Functional area - HR Manager and Coach

• Guest Speakers – Salome Zirakadze and Gvantsa Barabadze, Invited lecturers at SEU
• Salome Zirakadze - Master of Sociology, HR Consultant of the company Insource.
• Has an experience of working on managerial positions in HR of various large and medium-sized organizations. Since 2016, she has been involved in the development of training programs related to human resource management.
• Gvantsa Barabadze - Personal and organizational development professional, certified coach, has an experience in international project management in Georgia and Ethiopia. Works with both individuals and organizations to help them achieve their personal and organizational goals. Currently, Gvantsa is the Head of Organizational Development for the IDC International Center for Positive Psychotherapy and the head of organizational development at International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) office in Georgia.
