- 10:30 - 12:00 – Specifics of Business Dispute Resolution in Court - Uniform Practice and
- Peculiarities of the Use of Procedural Institutions;

- 13:00 - 14:30 – Practical Training - Processing of Procedural Documents.
July 14, 2021 – “Business Disputes in Arbitration” - Trainer Sophio Tkemeladze, Chairman of the Georgian Association of Arbitrators.

- 11:00 - 12:30 – Theoretical Component - Peculiarities of Arbitration Proceedings, Legislation,the Means of Securing Claims and Other Procedural Tools; Recognition and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards;
