Marketing Research Intern in the duration of the program will learn main duties and responsibilities of marketing research specialist, such as: helping in coordination and ensuring of high quality and timely delivery of social performance-related studies that include but are not limited to customer service/satisfaction, drop-out, customer feedback studies; participate in improving research tools and methodologies and identify improvement opportunities for social performance through analyzing market information and research data; participate in fact-based decision-making.
