Telex is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager.

• Working hours: Part-time, with shift schedule 6 days a week 10:00 - 16:00 and 16: 00-22:00.
• Location: st. Tbilisi, Vake, st. Tbilisi, Z. Paliashvili # 86

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education, or student in relevant field;
• Knowledge of office computer programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is desirable.

Function-duties:

• Introducing the company's product to existing customers, offering;
• Identify the needs and interests of consumers;
• Execution of orders taken in the software;
• Providing information on news and promotions;
• Informing customers about discounts, promotions, and special offers;
• Customer relations and providing the necessary information;
• Constant care for customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Participate/support in marketing activities if necessary;
• Accountability to the immediate supervisor;
