Georgian National University SEU is announcing a vacancy for the position of Manager of Quality Assurance Department

Work schedule: Full time 

Main responsibilities:

• Promoting the introduction of modern teaching-learning and assessment methods.
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of lectures, seminars, group work, presentations, and other activities; submitting key findings to the Head of Department for further response;
• Providing structural analysis of educational programs with the involvement of program heads; preparing a report, developing recommendations and submitting them to the Head of Department;
• Ensuring the process of external evaluation of educational programs with the involvement of program heads;
• Organizing/conducting trainings, consulting and information meetings for academic and administrative staff on ongoing issues related to authorization and accreditation standards and procedures;
• Drafting forms for educational programs, syllabi of training courses, and other documents related to the educational process;
• Preparing recommendations based on surveys, evaluations, and self-assessments;
• Administering the university self-assessment process. 

Qualification requirements:

• Education: Higher education - at least a master's degree/equivalent to a master's degree;
• Foreign language: English language competency at B2 level;
• At least 3 years of experience working in higher education.
