Registration of freshmen

The registration of the freshmen for the 2021-2022 academic year, at Georgian National University SEU, will take place in two stages:

Stage one: the freshman should get electronically registered at abi.seu.edu.ge remotely, starting from September 6, 11:00 a.m. and ending on September 12, 6:00 p.m.

Before going through the electronic registration, please make sure to have already paid the initial part of the whole tuition fee in the following way:

• Holders of the 100% state educational grant paying 0 GEL;
• Students of the one-step Medicine English-medium program paying 499 GEL;
• The remaining students paying at least 299 GEL.

The tuition fees could be paid at any branches of Bank of Georgia, or through pay boxes.

Stage two: students are welcome to arrive at the university from September 10 to September 23 (except Sunday), at a predetermined time (address: 9 Tsinandali St., Tbilisi, 300 Aragveli subway station) to conclude a contract.

Before arriving at the university, please make sure to bring the following documents:

• Copy of ID card or passport;
• Original or notarized copy of the high school certificate;
• 3x4 photo on CD;
• Military registration card (for males only);
• Certificate proving golden/silver medal possession (if any);
• Notarized copies of passport/high school certificate translated into Georgian for students from Saingilo;
• Copy of internally displaced person’s status certificate (if any);
• Birth certificate of the minor freshman and parent ID card, or a guardian ID card and a notarized power of attorney.

On-spot registration date and time of your desire could be selected from the available dates at the electronic base (abi.seu.edu.ge).

The student should arrive at the university on time wearing a face mask and go through disinfection mat, temperature measuring and hand disinfection. In case of failure to do so, the student will not be admitted to the registration procedure.

The freshmen, failing to go through the registration within the given deadline, should apply to the university no later than September 28.

The academic year starts on October 4!
