On May 18, Mr. Romain Strasser, MEP, Head of Intercultural and Religious Dialogue Unit of the European Parliament, paid a visit to Georgian National University SEU.
The meeting was attended by SEU Vice-Rectors: Giorgi Ghavtadze, Anna Phirtskhalashvili and Goderdzi Buchashvili, as well as Irakli Samkharadze, Head of the SEU European Integration Research Center, Nino Urushadze, Head of the International Relations Office and Teona Lavrelashvili, Project Manager of the European Party Monitor.
The meeting addressed certain career opportunities for students in the European Parliament, such as short and long-term internships and fieldwork activities in the EU.
Specific steps were also outlined to develop institutional cooperation.
