Freshmen registration

Registration of freshmen for the 2022-2023 academic year will take place in two stages:

Stage one: The freshman must undergo electronic registration at abi.seu.edu.ge (without appearing at SEU), starting on September 3, 14:00 to September 9, 18:00.

Before the e-registration, initial tuition fees must be paid.

Stage two: Appearing at the University, starting from September 6 to September 16 (except weekends).

Freshmen, appearing at SEU, must bring with them the following documents:

• ID card (copy) or passport (copy);
• Document confirming high school education (certificate) or a notarized copy;
• Photo 3x4 (CD);
• Copy of military registration certificate (for male citizens only);
• Gold/silver medalist confirmation certificate.

Students, living in Saingilo, must present their passports and high school certificates translated in Georgian with a notarized copy;

In case of the status of the displaced person, the certificate of the displaced person (copy) must be presented;

In case of a minor freshman, the birth certificate of the student and parent’s ID card, or the legal guardian’s ID card and notarized power of attorney must be presented; (during the registration, a minor freshman must be accompanied by one of his/her parents or the legal guardian)

Date of the on-site registration (date and hour) is available to be selected in the electronic database (abi.seu.edu.ge) as per the specified dates, at a time of your convenience.
