Equality Week 2024 held at SEU

The Legal Club of Georgian National University SEU and the Career Development and Alumni Relations Office, in cooperation with the NGO Rule of Law Centre, with the support of the UNDP and the Project of the Ambassy of Norway -‘’Leadership, Equality, Advocacy and Democracy’’ (LEAD) have held the Equality Week 2024 at Georgian National University SEU. 

Topical issues were discussed within the framework of the Equality Week, such as:

• Constitutional meaning of the Right to Equality;
• Discrimination in Labour Relations;
• Challenges of the Equality of Rights of Ethnic Minorities;
• Challenges of Positive Discrimination in Georgia;
  
• Forms of Violence and Their Legal Aspects.

Pupils from 8-12 grades participated in the project and they were awarded with certificates.
