On April 17th, Georgian National University SEU hosted an information session regarding the Horizon Europe program.
Anna Phirtskhalashvili, Vice-Rector for Scientific Research of SEU, inaugurated the session with an opening speech. Subsequently, Levan Khetsuriani, head of the “Horizon Europe” Georgia National Office, spoke about the program's objectives.
The session placed particular emphasis on pivotal aspects such as the European Research Council (ERC), the European innovation ecosystem, and funding opportunities. Ekaterine Sanaia and Ana Goletiani, the national contact points, shared useful information on these topics.
The event drew participation from professors and researchers not only from the Georgian National University SEU but also from other higher educational institutions.
