Lecture Series on "Coaching One's Self"

On April 15-18, the Professor of the University of Europe for Applied Sciences and the Honorary Doctorate of SEU – Sascha Flemnitz held an elective course at Georgian National University for Master’s Program in Education Administration - ‘’Coaching One‘s Self“.

The following topics were discussed within the framework of the lectures:

• Career development;
• Professional orientation;
• Setting professional goals;
• Effective communication;
• Change management;
• International experience, etc.

The training course was held in English under an intensive format, using various teaching methods.

Such events are important for the process of internationalization of the university.
