Johanna Jiang 
Dr Johanna Jiang teaches Business Plan Development at SEU, she is a lecturer of Entrepreneurship in the Department of Management and Human Resources at Coventry University London. Johanna has profound experience of enterprise activities across the UK and China. She worked as a coordinator for Manager Exchange and Training Programs between EU and China government.
She consulted for a range of Chinese universities to set up global networks of visiting lecturers for MBA programmes.
She presented her research at leading academic conferences worldwide, such as European Academy of Management Conferences in Paris and Reykjavik, Babson College Entrepreneurship Research conference from the USA, Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship in the UK.
Her areas of research include the transnational entrepreneurship, family business succession, ethnic minority business breakout strategies and female leadership. She develops and teaches leadership and entrepreneurship training courses and coaches young entrepreneurs in the several UK and European universities.
