Paid Internship a SEU as a Call Center Operator

Georgian National University SEU is pleased to announce a paid internship for the position of a call centre operator at the Student Affairs Department.

• Location: 9 Tsinandali St. Tbilisi, Georgia
• Salary: 300 GEL
• Internship duration: 3 months
• Work schedule: Part-time job
• Number of vacancies: 1
  
  

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Answering all incoming phone calls (giving counselling to students and other interested individuals and directing them to the appropriate service, if necessary);
• Making outgoing phone calls and providing information to students, academic staff and other interested individuals;
• Monitoring the information field in the educational database and responding to incoming messages on a daily basis;
• Identifying potential issues and timely providing information to the relevant service;
• Replying to messages sent on social networking sites.
  
  

Qualification requirements:

• Education: Undergraduate or graduate student;
• Foreign languages: Command of English at B2 level;
• Computer programs: MS Office at user level.

• Ability to manage time effectively;
• Ability to collect information;
• Ability to analyze information/data;
